K.S.P.O.A. Board of Directors voted to impose a collection policy for delinquent dues and assessment fees. With time, we have seen delinquencies rise, and the effort involved in collecting payment ever increasing. Deliquencies affect our ability to maintain the quality of our development as well as fund improvements and operating costs, subjecting all owners to increased dues and assessment fees.
February 29, 2012 - Due date for 2012 Dues and Assessments.
March 10, 2012 – First late notice, one time $25 late fee and 18% interest on all unpaid fees due with interest continuing until the dues and assessment are paid in full.
May 15th, 2012 – A lien letter is mailed (this letter begins the lien process with actual lien filed around the end of May 2012. An additional $10.00 charge for postage will be added on all outstanding debts.

A Reminder! Do not give your pool pass to any unauthorized persons. ex. Non paid up homeowners. Doing so may jeopardize your access to the pool.

Gym is up and running, Hours are 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
We have positive feedback from all of our homeowners.
A Reminder! Do not give your access card to any unauthorized persons. ex. Anyone under the age of 18, or Non paid up homeowners. Doing so may jeopardize your access to the gym.
